Intermodal
- Prepares intermodal plan.
- Ensures cargo is received/delivered to/from
rail ramp.
- Prepares support documentation as required
(I.T., T.E.).
- Monitors and controls movements--motor,
rail COFC/TOFC rail boxcars.
- Liaises with origin and destination vendors
via motor carriers, rail carriers.
- Updates applicable information system
accordingly.
- Approves related vendor invoices on a
primary level.
- Maintains EIR documentation for file.
- Meets Line's reporting requirements.
- Ensures that all services ordered are
in accordance with pre-approved Line inland cost matrices.
- Provides cost data.
